I was lucky enough to be asked to do photography for the Maiden City Ink Tattoo Convention that was held in the Tower Hotel in Derry in August and had an absolute ball at it!
Such an amazingly busy show and an awesome atmosphere, all 17 tattoo artists were kept insanely busy for both days, I was lucky enough to inked by Billy 'The Bastard' Hay from Custon Inc. Glasgow!
It was also great experience for me to learn how to deal with such a social event.
I met a couple of people from tattoo.tv [link] which is a social networking site for tattooists and ink collectors, who were filming at the show, so out of curiosity of talking to the guys I signed up and put a few of my pics (79) from the show in my album and they have given me a gallery for them in the main part of the site: [link]
It's good to get abit of exposure for my efforts!
I would also like to bring to your attention the amazingly awesome talent of Mr Martin Lynch-Smith, [link] and these two stunning drawings he has done for me... [link] and [link]
Go look at the rest of his gallery now... right now...
I'll be quiet now
